REFUND POLICY
Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure fair treatment for all athletes while maintaining the quality and consistency of Next Level Elite Skills Training programs.
Training Sessions & Programs
Cancellation notice must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice are eligible for a session credit. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours or for missed sessions (no-shows).
Camps & Clinics
Fees for camps and clinics are non-refundable once the registration deadline has passed. In the event that Next Level Elite Skills Training cancels a camp or clinic, a full refund or credit will be provided to all registrants.
Administrative Fees
All eligible refunds may be subject to a small administrative processing fee to cover transaction costs. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By utilizing the services of Next Level Elite Skills Training, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern our professional relationship with you in relation to our programs.
- a) Participants must adhere to all facility safety guidelines and coach instructions during scheduled training sessions.
- b) Registration is complete only upon receipt of full payment and signed athlete waiver forms.
- c) Proper athletic attire and basketball-specific footwear are mandatory for participation in any on-court activities.
- d) All training methodologies, drills, and program designs remain the intellectual property of Next Level Elite.
- e) Neither Next Level Elite nor its coaches shall be held liable for personal injuries sustained during typical program activities.
- f) Users agree to indemnify the organization against any legal claims arising from a breach of these terms.
- g) These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
- h) If any provision is found to be invalid by a court of law, the remaining terms shall continue in full force.

BOOKING & SERVICE FULFILLMENT POLICY

Our goal is to provide elite-level athletic training while maintaining a structured scheduling environment. This policy governs how we manage your bookings and fulfillment of agreed-upon training services.
1. Booking & Confirmation
Training sessions and program registrations are official only after full payment is received and a confirmation notification is issued. We reserve the right to release unconfirmed slots to other athletes if payment remains outstanding.
2. Service Fulfillment Window
All training credits and program registrations must be utilized within the specified timeframe (e.g., within the current training season or 12 months from purchase). Credits not redeemed within this fulfillment window will be considered fulfilled and are non-transferable.
3. On-Site Punctuality
Sessions commence precisely at the scheduled time. In the interest of professional development and schedule integrity, sessions will not be extended due to an athlete's late arrival. Athletes are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early to prepare for on-court activity.
REFUND POLICY

At Next Level Elite Skills Training, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality basketball development. To maintain the integrity of our coaching schedule and facility commitments, we have established the following guidelines regarding refunds and credits.
Cancellations & Credits: Registration fees for all programs, including elite skills camps and group training, are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a session, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to receive a credit for a future training date. Credits must be used within 90 days of the original purchase.
No-Show & Late Notice: Fees for sessions missed without 48 hours' prior notification are forfeited in full. This policy ensures that our coaches can maximize court time for all athletes in the program.
Medical Exceptions: In the event of a season-ending injury or serious medical emergency, a credit may be requested with the submission of a physician's note. These requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Program Changes: In the event that Next Level Elite Skills Training cancels a scheduled program due to facility issues or unforeseen circumstances, a full credit or refund will be issued to all registered participants.
